A subtle mix of meats. Containing 41% of liver, this pâté is easy to spread and provides an perfect blend of flavours. Pork neck – a “fine” pork fat -, pig livers of French origin sourced at the Bleu-Blanc-Cœur supplier and chicken, supplemented by a fragrant note of fine champagne.
