Hénaff’s recipe for pork rillettes couldn’t be simpler: 90% pork meat, sea salt, pepper and a long, slow cooking time. The end result? An incomparably smooth texture.

A top-quality product. The main ingredient of these rillettes, pure pork, is of guaranteed French origin. Hénaff prefers long, slow cooking that gives the meat sufficient time to become deliciously succulent and confit. The result is a uniquely smooth taste experience. Free of colourings and preservatives.

At room temperature. This simple dish of rillettes is perfect served on a slice of fresh bread. Serve at room temperature to bring out the full taste. The rillettes will be full of flavour with a melt-in-the-mouth texture. Lastly, store the rillettes in a cool place, out of the light.
