This is Hénaff’s approach, using 15% of top-quality pork liver in its recipe (against 10% in a standard farmhouse pâté), along with exclusive use of fine pork fat that is chilled and coarsely minced.

We have chosen to select animals sourced exclusively at French livestock farms that are members of the Bio Direct group. Likewise, all raw materials used as binders are ingredients sourced at Organic Farming outlets
