The taste of Brittany. Bleu-Blanc-Cœur farmhouse pâtés and liver pâtés are based on traditional Breton recipes. The recipe for farmhouse pâté uses exactly the same method as in times gone by: the liver and pork neck is coarsely chopped when cold. Hénaff’s liver pâté also stands out from the rest.
